Training 

one-to-one coaching.

LIMITED in-person training available in Albuquerque, New Mexico at our RIZE WELLNESS pop-up.

  • E-mail haley@rizewellnessnyc.com or submit a form at the bottom of this page to inquire about in-person training.

  • After your interest form has been completed, you will be contacted via text or call to book your Strategy Session, a 30 minute consultation to go over your exercise and nutrition history and outline your fitness game plan. This session requires a $50 scheduling fee that will go towards any RIZE program selected. Please book here.

  • After the Strategy Session, a weekly plan will be crafted based on your goals, exercise preferences and life schedule. This empowers you to reach your goals faster with customized workouts and a coach to guide you through the process.

    Recommended frequency is 2+ sessions per week. Nutrition guidance is complementary to all RIZE members.

  • Every package comes with regular check-ins, usually at the end of 6 week training blocks. These meetings allow for time to review and make adjustments to the program as well as going over the next training block's goals.

    RIZE is always about getting 1% better everyday, these meetings help keep us on track!

  • In-person sessions start at $75 per session with a minimum 6 week commitment. Please inquire to hear more about package options.

    Duo Training is available after completing a 6 week personalized program. Inquire for more details.
